These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OfficeFish, available at officefishgame.com.

By accessing or playing OfficeFish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the game.

1. About OfficeFish

OfficeFish is a browser-based casual aquarium game where users can interact with virtual fish, earn in-game rewards, manage virtual items and progress through gameplay features.

OfficeFish is provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You may use OfficeFish if you are legally able to accept these Terms.

If you are under the age of 13, you must not provide personal information and should use the game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

• Cannot be transferred outside the game unless expressly allowed

We reserve the right to adjust in-game economy, rewards, pricing, item availability and progression systems at any time.

5. Redeem Codes and Promotions

OfficeFish may offer redeem codes, campaigns or promotional rewards.

We may limit, modify, suspend or cancel any code or promotion at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, technical errors or fraud.

Redeem codes may expire and may be limited to certain users, dates, regions or usage quantities.

6. Advertisements

OfficeFish may display advertisements, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads or banner ads.

By using the game, you understand that third-party advertising partners may provide or measure advertisements in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or claims of third-party advertisements.

7. Payments and Purchases

If OfficeFish offers paid features, virtual items or subscriptions in the future, additional payment terms may apply.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of digital or virtual items may be final and non-refundable once delivered or used.

Any payment-related terms will be clearly presented before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

OfficeFish, including its name, game design, visual assets, code, interface, mechanics, text, graphics, logos, animations and related content, is owned by or licensed to Office Fish Game.

You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, publish, reproduce or create derivative works from OfficeFish without prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks, if any, belong to their respective owners.

9. User Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation for the purpose of improving OfficeFish.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue OfficeFish, in whole or in part, at any time.

• Error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Office Fish Game shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use OfficeFish.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
